Background

As part of its investment in developing confident, capable leaders, Techtronic Industries (TTI) partnered with Fearless to deliver a bespoke leadership development programme for managers across the business.

TTI recognised an opportunity to build greater confidence and consistency in how managers approached core leadership responsibilities, including performance management, giving feedback, developing team members and handling day-to-day people challenges.

The goal was to equip managers with the skills and confidence to lead teams more effectively, take greater ownership of leadership conversations and reduce reliance on central support functions by developing stronger, more independent people managers.

Meeting the Need

Fearless designed and delivered a bespoke leadership development programme to strengthen the confidence, communication skills and leadership capability of managers at different stages of their careers.

Experienced Line Managers

A two-day advanced leadership development programme designed to reinforce effective management behaviours before progressing into more strategic leadership capability.

Key development areas included:

• Influencing and stakeholder communication

• Leadership presence and personal impact

• Strategic thinking and decision-making

• Navigating challenging people conversations

• Leading teams with greater confidence and independence

The programme was delivered using the Fearless Methodology™, combining practical learning, discussion, roleplay and real workplace scenarios to ensure participants could immediately apply their learning in day-to-day leadership situations.

Follow-up Accountability Workshops reinforced learning, encouraged reflection and supported managers in embedding new leadership behaviours over time.
