Confident communication 101

Many people underachieve at work because they fail to communicate with confidence and struggle to influence others.  This programme is designed to equip people with a complete communication skillset to improve their performance and personal impact within your organisation.

It consists of 12 modules in total (however a 6-module version of the programme is also available) and at at the end of the programme, learners will take part in a 5-minute Dragon’s Den style presentation exercise which we invite you or a member of your senior management team to attend. This gives you the opportunity to review the progress team members have made on the programme and spot potential future leaders within the business.
