Make sure your customer event is a success by equipping your team with the skills to present with confidence, clarity, and impact. Whether it’s a product launch, user group, or client summit, your presenters represent your brand - and their performance can make or break audience engagement.
This presentation training course is designed for non-professional speakers - subject matter experts, account managers, technical specialists, and other team members who need to step up and deliver at customer-facing events.
It is a lively and interactive course where your team members will build their confidence, presenting technique and overall personal impact when speaking on stage. They will watch videos of different styles of presenting styles and analyse them, before putting the techniques they’ve learnt into practice through a variety of speaking exercises, such as giving a one-minute pitch on your organisation's services and rehearsing their presentation for your customer event.
