Course Description
In this lively and interactive course, your team members will build their confidence, presenting technique and overall personal impact using the Fearless Methodology™.
They will explore different presentation styles through video examples, analysing what works and why, before immediately putting those techniques into practice. Participants will take part in a series of practical speaking exercises based on real-life business scenarios, such as delivering a one-minute pitch on your organisation’s services and presenting a short, high-impact presentation to the group. They will develop strong personal presence, learn how to speak with gravitas, and practise structuring and delivering presentations that land with clarity and confidence.
The course is fully tailored to your learning objectives. If helpful, participants can also be filmed, allowing them to review their performance via video playback and receive expert, constructive feedback from the trainer and their peers.
What's covered?
The course is made up of the following parts:
1. Overcoming nerves, building confidence and developing a positive mindset around public speaking
2. Presenting delivery style - body language and voice techniques for strong personal impact and charisma
3. Building gravitas and speaking with authority
4. Designing and delivering high-impact presentations - structure, storytelling and how to make messages stick
5. Presenting virtually - engaging audiences from behind a screen
Six weeks after the course, we bring participants back together to:
• Review their progress on embedding new behaviours into live business situations
• Strengthen accountability through structured reflection and peer challenge
• Explore new challenges that have arisen
