About the course

In this interactive course, your team members will improve their self-awareness and collaboration skills by taking a DISC assessment to understand what behaviours they typically demonstrate in a team, and how to flex them in order to support better outcomes.

Through their DISC assessment, they’ll gain insights into whether they tend to be more Dominant, Influencing, Steady, or Compliant. They'll better understand their strengths and blind spots, and gain an understanding of their team members' strengths and blind spots, so they can learn how to adapt their communication style to work better as a team. This isn’t just about personal growth; it’s about building a stronger, more cohesive team.
