David (London)

David is a communication, sales and leadership development coach with over 30 years of experience in management development, consulting and university-level teaching.

He works with professionals and leadership teams to strengthen commercial awareness, communication and leadership capability. Drawing on a background in sales and marketing across the automotive, food and chemical industries, David brings a practical and commercially focused approach to the workshops and programmes he delivers. Alongside group training, he also provides executive coaching and consultancy support to help individuals develop their leadership presence and influence.

David has designed and delivered leadership and development programmes for major global organisations including Siemens, Oracle, Dell, Vodafone, Disney, Glencore, Zurich Insurance, Morgan Stanley, Lidl, NATO and the UK Home Office. Earlier in his career he was a founder-manager in BT’s pioneering telemarketing division and later a director of a leading direct and database marketing agency, where his client work received multiple Direct Marketing Association awards.

He has also held academic roles as a Visiting Academic at Royal Holloway and King’s College, University of London, and previously designed and managed JPMorgan Asset Management’s two-year graduate programme and global in-company MBA delivered across Europe, Asia and the United States.
