Jenny Brown

Jenny is a communications skills trainer and executive coach for female leaders, with many years of experience in the corporate world prior to becoming a coach.

She was formerly Diversity and Inclusion leader as part of a panel taking responsibility for D&I in a firm of 4,000 people. She is a qualified European Mentoring & Coaching Council Coach Practitioner and has supported many people with their career development, addressing challenges such as personal presence and confidence. She is equally comfortable working at board and executive levels, as training team members at a junior level.

Jenny has a Masters in Psychology, a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a BA (Hons) in Economics. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Jenny had a career as an auditor for 20 years working with many different types of organisation including AIM listed and SMEs. She also specialised in working with not-for-profit organisations and with boards. As a Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Not for Profit group at Grant Thornton, Jenny led teams of differing sizes and was responsible for strategy and team development.

She is also a Charity Trustee and volunteers with a dog rescue charity.
