Pippa is an international trainer, executive coach and facilitator specialising in leadership, presence and communication Skills.

She works with leaders and emerging talent to help them grow in confidence, resilience and effectiveness. Blending commercial acumen with board-level experience and deep insight into human behaviour, Pippa delivers engaging workshops, forums and masterclasses that combine practical tools with energy, humour and storytelling.

Her business background spans leisure and hospitality, where she founded and sold her own PR consultancy, was a partner in Voyager Hotels, served as Chief Executive of an international PR and digital consultancy, and was Vice President of Global Corporate and Investor Communications at Orient-Express Hotels Ltd (now Belmond, part of LVMH).
