Sinéad O'Brien

Sinéad O'Brien is an executive consultant and women’s leadership coach at Fearless.  

Before becoming a coach at Fearless, Sinéad gained over 20 years’ experience working as a HR professional (she is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD), partnering with leaders of business to create and implement people strategies.  During that time, Sinéad worked at Allegis Group, the world's largest privately owned talent management business, as their European Executive Director for People.

Prior to this, she spent over 10 years working at PwC, where she worked as an HR Business Partner supporting leaders on their people strategy and agenda as well as coaching and facilitating on their leadership development programmes.

Sinéad is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Trustees for an education trust.
