Thierry (Devon)

Thierry is an international leadership coach, team coach and facilitator specialising in strategy, transformation and person-centred communication.

With over 25 years of international business experience across energy, technology, data and professional services, he works with leaders and teams to strengthen clarity, collaboration and performance. He brings deep commercial insight and senior leadership experience to his coaching and facilitation, supporting clients through strategic change, complex programmes and organisational transformation.

Thierry is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Coaching Supervisor, and an EMCC-accredited Senior Practitioner. He has previously served as a Principal Strategy Consultant at Exprodat / Getech Group, and held senior leadership roles at Landmark Information Group and Shell International, where he led global teams and multi-million-pound programmes.

Passionate about impactful communication, he has won multiple Best Presentation awards at international conferences. His clients include Panasonic Europe, Shell, the Academy of Leadership and Management, and a wide range of SMEs.
