Victor (London)

Victor is an international trainer, who has delivered programmes across the UK, US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, working with early-career professionals through to senior leaders. Alongside group facilitation, he also provides one-to-one coaching focused on leadership presence, communication, personal branding and decision-making.

Victor began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse, advising on mergers, acquisitions and capital raising, before moving into global markets as a Delta One equity trader managing futures on major European indices. He later founded Valuable Community, an L&D company delivering leadership and career development programmes that help organisations strengthen talent, performance and social capital.

He has designed and delivered bespoke programmes for organisations including Deutsche Bank, Barclays, KPMG and Amazon. Passionate about behavioural science, he incorporates practical tools such as DiSC assessments to enhance team dynamics and workplace communication.

He holds a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Cambridge Judge Business School and a BSc in Economics from University of Warwick, alongside CISI Level 3 qualifications in financial markets.
